(He holds a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Biola University and an M.A. in Theology from Talbot School of Theology.)
Joshua Tongol is a young man with an interesting story. He was born with only one hand that he wrestled with for most of his life.
For years he went from one healing crusade to another to receive healing but to no avail. He became utterly disappointed and confused concerning God’s power.
By the age of 17 he became a staunch critic of the charismatic movement and began his eight-year tirade against modern-day supernatural Christianity. At that time, he considered himself “open but cautious” concerning spiritual gifts.
During his college years he was diagnosed with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and suffered from a herniated disc (sciatica). He suffered from a tremendous amount of physical and emotional pain. And although he desired to be healed, he was still a hardcore critic of the charismatic scene. What was about to happen next in his life changed his life forever.
In 2006, Joshua was challenged by a modern-day miracle. He was so convinced that the miracle was genuine that he began his own journey into the supernatural. He read every book he could find concerning healing, prophecy, and spiritual gifts—anything that had to do with the supernatural. He met different prophetic ministers and healers and became convinced that the supernatural gifts found in the Bible are for today.
Joshua began praying for the sick and started seeing results for the very first time–including his own healing. The GERD that he suffered from literally disappeared and his back was miraculously healed by the grace of God. He eventually started traveling across the United States preaching the Gospel and ministering in signs and wonders.
He has spoken and ministered all throughout the United States and in several parts of Asia at church services, retreats, and conferences. He has spoken on subjects such as apologetics, divine healing, radical grace, and organic church life.
Many know Joshua for his sermon jams (audio preaching with background music). He has a raw style of preaching and a big heart for people.
Joshua is married to Remy and they are now ministering in the Philippines as missionaries. They preach the radical message of Grace, minister healing, support small organic communities scattered throughout the metro, and continue to just share the love of God to people they come across.
REMEDIOS (REMY) JOSE TONGOL
Remy was born and raised in Kuwait. She is an amazing young woman who Joshua fell in love with the first day they met in the Philippines. She is a source of joy and gift from God in his life. She has a passion to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ and ministers with Joshua wherever he goes. They are the best of friends who live in the love of God together. If Remy’s not behind a video camera, you can catch her encouraging someone or even healing the sick. She understands and lives out the love of God. Her sweet and gentle spirit continues to touch many lives.

Hello Carla, God will Bless You. My name is Joshua and I am in Cleburne, Texas, My Mother is one of the most incredable people I have ever known. I was raised not knowing my Dad and as my Mothers oldest son I was her right hand man and helped her raise her other four children. I was raised up in the church of Christ and loved the Faith of my Family but Hated the bonds of religion that kept my Family from entering the promised land. My Mom passed away 12/31/2011 and for the first time as an adult I have no sadness at Death. The USA killed her but JESUS Christ will raise her from the grave. I will share my story very soon but GOD has told me to wait and move to the country of Belize first as the US laws are killing the People of my Lord! I have to get my passport and help ease the grief of my Brothers before I leave. I was just led to Joshua Tongol's site and haven't had time to explore it yet but know the Truth when I hear it and when I saw Organic Church I knew I found Home! If you would like to talk Please contact me at joshuaflurry@hotmail.com. God Bless Every One!

Hello! I am so excited to have found Joshua Tongol and his ministry. My Name is Kevin and I am married to a filipina from the island of Mindanao. We actually have a home there and it is our desire to see the All Inclusive Love of Father preached throughout Mindanao.
Currently we are back in the USA, but have still a strong desire to return back to the Philippines to continue our mission work. Please pray with us for Father to give us direction and insight on how to be able to be self supporting in our ministry to the Philippines.
I have a Facebook page you can visit…His Compassion Ministries and Missions, and also a regular page you can find by typing in Kevin InChristed Main.
I see the Christ in you!!!
